It took over an hour -- yes! over an hour -- to get three gluten-free sandwiches made. We're ordered online, arrived at the stated time for pick up, they hadn't started on the sandwiches. Made us wait while they served other customers. When asked if they are going to make our order, they cleaned and started our sandwiches reluctantly. They made them wrong, tossed them out and started over -- twice. We got them an hour after our pick up time. When we got home, two of the sandwiches were wrong. Last time we'll try getting gluten free at that shop.

I have never had a bad experience at a Jersey Mike’s. Being gluten free it is the one place I can count on being able to grab a great sandwich. Today the girl working the grill seemed annoyed that she had to clean the grill.
Not busy at all.. my thank you at the end was returned by walking away. Not cool
