I have celiac disease and the girl who helped me was absolutely wonderful. Even though they were very busy and had a large lunch time crowd, she took the time to make sure each part of my sandwich wasn't cross-contaminated. I didn't even have to ask. New gloves, fresh cut onions, tomatoes and opened a new jar of pickles too. There are very few restaurants who have this level of care.
