Jersey Mike's Subs

As a gluten free customer, we have enjoyed each experience we have had since they have opened. Staff is always nice and helpful, respectful of our allergy needs. Communication and patience is key, if you are expecting to have your sandwich in 5 mins, probably the wrong expectation to set. They are doing a job and that job takes time when done correctly. Keep up the good work team!

I wanted to give a shout out to Jersey Mike's and the crew. I went in on Saturday and had done an online order that was supposed to be ready a few minutes after I got there. I ordered Gluten Free bread and it wasn't ready. I wanted to see the OU kickoff of the game but I was ok with it. The girl behind the counter was very apologetic and offered a drink. The manager came out as well. The grill was down too and you could tell they were having a rough time. The manager felt really bad and apologized. A lady came in that was clearly upset as well as a customer. I got my sandwich and to my surprise, I just found out yesterday i had a credit to my card. I love that you hung in there and thank you for the bonus.
