I was impressed with the manager's prompt acknowledgement of how to prepare Gluten free sandwiches away from, in a separate area, from the main serving counter where gluten crumbs were littered.

This place is capital A - Amazing! The guys behind the counter really took care of our family. I have a gluten allergy that will take my blood pressure off the charts and put me in hot flashes/cold chills for three days. The guys here took my sandwich to the opposite counter with a clean meat cutter. They changed gloves and prepared mine over on the opposite counter. They doubled the paper and only brought it back to finish the toppings. They brought a new knife, had the line topping guy change gloves and used a new container of mayo. I HATE having to ask for gluten free... but goodness... this company and the men hear took all the awkwardness out of the mix. I wish I could give 10 stars. I will be back very soon!!!
