First time trying this location. When walking was greeted even though they were super busy. Asked for my name and let me know didn't have the bowls. They offered to refund our make a sandwich. Because they offered a gluten free bread I opted for the sandwich. They didn't charge me extra for this either. While waiting noticed this place was hopping. Employees were very efficient and polite to all the customers. Well definitely go back.

I love this place usually. It’s a safe place for someone who can not have wheat but today, I walked out. The lady behind the counter was absolutely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to make a gluten free sandwich. She not only huffed and puffed while making it but didn’t take the precautions needed to ensure there was no chance of cross contamination. Never changed gloves, never used different equipment. Someone who is allergic to wheat could have had a horrible reaction because of this. Better customer service and better allergy awareness is needed.
