My son and I are gluten free, so it's hard to find a restaurant that not only offers gluten-free options but that also understands the issue of cross-contamination. And, although there is a sign posted letting customers know that their sandwiches are made in the same area as those containing gluten, Sarah (who made our sandwiches) wiped everything down, changed knives, and took extra care to avoid cross contamination. She also made sure her co-worker avoided cross contamination as well. Sarah needs a raise or a promotion!! There is an $1.50 extra charge for reg. size or $3 extra for giant sandwiches but anyone that needs gluten free knows it's more expensive.
