Wow. Incredible staff at this location. This was our first visit and we were so impressed. You can tell the company has a focus on customer service. We have a Celiac family member and they took THE utmost care in the middle of the rush, to take necessary precaution to avoid cross-contamination. I was so impressed with how they were clearly trained to give care to this process and it was one of the most stringent I’ve seen. When I apologized for the steps they were taking, Linnea- the leader of the group- said, “it’s ok, you guys have to eat too.” She doesn’t realize that her being so kind about it meant the world. We can’t go out to eat like we used to, and to see them take such care was the best. Thank you to her, Matt, and the rest of the employees. We will be back.

This location was awesome when I told them I had celiac. Everyone switched out their gloves, cleaned the space off. Used a new knife and a sealed gluten-free bun. They took everything very seriously. Also scrubbed the meat slicer. Everyone was so great and supportive.
