We were very happy to see that this location uses a separate slicer, counter space, new cheese and condiments for clients ordering gluten free. The staff seemed knowledgeable and were careful to avoid cross contamination using new gloves and clean knives. Other locations did not seem safe as they did not have the separate preparation space, they were just going to wipe down their same tools. If you have Celiac and want to try an option for a sub, this is the location I would try. The GF roll is Udi’s.

I went to this restaurant to get a gluten free hoagie due to my food allergy. I requested they get fresh ingredients from the back given that the crumbs visible in the ingredients will make me sick for days and have permanent impacts on my health. Staff initially rolled their eyes when I requested a gluten free roll and then refused to get fresh ingredients from the back to avoid cross contact. Of note the restaurant was not close to closing and there were no other customers in the restaurant. If you have Celiac, save yourself the trip because you won’t be able to eat here safely.
