I am very allergic to gluten, so I ordered the gluten-free sub bread. The staff was very impressive. They cleaned all the food prep surfaces before making my sub -- in order to avoid cross-contamination.

American-style sandwich restaurant with the possibility of ordering gluten-free bread. The guy who served me took the trouble to thoroughly clean everything he was going to use to minimize the risks of cross contamination. As for the sandwiches, I didn't choose one of them correctly because, although it was good, it was still a cold cuts sandwich, but the chicken sandwich was very good.
