I haven't had a Philly Cheese steak in years because of a gluten allergy. The staff at most places are trained on gluten-intolerence procedures and the bread is provided by Udi's. They clean the surfaces, change gloves, and if you're getting hot food, they clean the griddle. The snickerdoodle cookie was amazing. The customer service was great. I now have another place I can eat gluten free. Thanks Jersey Mike's!
