Grand Hotel Goomeri

Popped in for something to eat and a warm up after attending the Wondai garden expo in the rain. Couldn't rate the experience high enough. Beautiful decor and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Ordered meals and when they came we were gobsmacked at the size and the flavour. Perfectly cooked and of a standard that could be give any top restaurant a run for their money. Well worth the drive for a great experience. Also worth noting that we had a celiac with us and they offer a great amount of GF options not just the usual token guesture.

A great place to stop over to sleep. We came during the week and it was quiet and comfortable. The toilets, rooms and showers are exceptionally clean as well as the communal kitchen in which its possible to prepare a meal. Whilst we didnt eat downstairs, their menu caters for gluten free folk like myself as well as vegetarians. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the price we paid for the room was very reasonable for what we received. Thank you to the staff here! If we are ever around again we will be back!
