Jules Thin Crust

I came to Jules at 7:54 PM, the staff had 6 minutes until closing. The general manager Annelise was so kind. She ensured that I could get my full order, which included a gluten free pie that is time consuming to make. They waited with me for the GF pizza to cook even after the store closed. I sincerely appreciated the hospitality and commitment to me leaving with pizza in my hands. Thank you Annelise for your kindness! I will be back because of this. The pizza is also incredible but that’s besides the point.

Our go-to when we want to order out with people who have food sensitivities like dairy or gluten. Food is consistently good.

My wife is gluten & dairy free which makes getting pizza a difficult endeavor. We have been here & other locations quite a few times & the food is Def good, but hard to justify against price. It's a *treat yo'self* meal for us. The main issue is the insane wait time for food. We took to ordering over app to have it ready upon arrival, & even with 45 min lead time, our food wasn't ready. How? The locations are staffed with teens, which doesn't usually lead to a sensational customer service experience. It is what it is. I get it, they are cheap. They need hats tho, there was a hair in our pizza & we saw some less than ideal cleaning of dining area which makes one wonder what goes on outside of customer view.
