As someone with celiac disease who must follow a strict gluten-free diet, I was disappointed by my experience here. While the waitress was aware of my allergy, she did not seem well-prepared to answer questions regarding cross-contamination, such as whether there were dedicated fryers or separate preparation areas. This made it difficult to confidently order items marked “MGF” (modifiable gluten-free), as I could not determine how safely they were prepared. I ordered the wood-grilled salmon with asparagus, which was listed as gluten-free, and added a side of Yukon mashed potatoes. The salmon itself was very good. However, when the potatoes were brought to the table, they were served alongside my brother’s gluten-containing food. I requested a replacement due to the risk of cross-contamination. Unfortunately, I then watched the kitchen simply replace the bowl and add new mashed potatoes while serving them on the same plate that had already been exposed to gluten. As a sensitive, symptomatic celiac, this remained a cross-contamination concern. When I raised the issue, staff did not seem to understand why it was problematic, which further reduced my confidence in the restaurant’s gluten-free procedures. As a result, I chose not to eat the potatoes. While the food I was able to eat was enjoyable, I would not recommend this restaurant to those with celiac disease who require strict gluten-free handling and cross-contamination awareness.

Very good food, with Gluten Free Options.

This place was awesome. Restaurants claim Maryland crab cakes but never deliver, this place delivered. I mean don't get me wrong, I've had bigger in Baltimore, but this was great and I would totally order it again. Amazing gluten free options as well. The baby backs were falling off the bone and the short rib was just as good. Too bad I live 2.5 hours from here but I do know I'll be back.
