English and Spanish: I have been to this restaurant several times and have loved it every time! They are allergy-friendly, 100% gluten-free, and are willing to make accommodations. They have this vegan cilantro sauce that is phenomenal. I’ve gotten the vegan beyond arepa with avacados, lettuce, and Fritos. The rice and beans (the beans depend on who is making it; there have been some inconsistencies there), but everything else is good. I also love their fresh juices. Every single time we come to Asheville, I eat the Chicken and waffles at Early Girl. It's phenomenal. (and Celiac safe!) They have tons of other options, too. Laid back casual diner with delicious, unique brunch fare. Worth the wait, if you catch it during the busy season!
