Every year we vacation in this area just for this restaurant it's that freaking amazing!! Not only is the staff trained amazingly well in gluten-free, but the owner has Celiac Disease, the chef is her brother, and her sister-in-law also has celiac disease!! They are quite literally on top of not just gluten-free but cross-contamination as well! The food is beyond perfection. I've loved everything I've gotten and try something new every time we go. They also have gluten-free desserts!! We just went last night, and I had the crab dip and grilled shrimp with steamed broccoli.
