Just in the city centre, the girl serving me was really kind and friendly, She was happy to let me try few flavors. The ice cream was very good, and generous portion. Vegan, Gluten free and Dairy free options available.

Why advertise gluten free outside but then refuse to take some simple steps to reduce the risk of cross contamination? E.g. scooping from ice cream in a freezer, or at least scooping from the fresh side of the ice cream. Many places are more than happy to do this now, so why advertise GF if you aren't interested in accommodating.

Went in with some with celiac since they advertise gluten free. Asked if they could scoop from the front to reduce cross contamination risk. Lady rolls her eyes at us and says she can’t because she’d have to throw the whole thing out because it “wouldn’t look good anymore.” Further says she can’t guarantee no cross contamination (understandable and very common) but rudely says we have no business being there. We left without ordering anything. It’s anxiety-inducing enough to have medical dietary restrictions without people being rude and purposefully shaming us for making common food safety requests.
