We dined late on a Saturday night (9PM), so the restaurant was quiet and intimate. I'm not well-versed in Indian cuisine so I appreciated the educational element of having a map on the menu to correspond to foods from different regions. The food was incredible because the chefs focus on delicate, natural flavours like smoked yogurt. Other highlights: many gluten-free options (including corn bread off the menu), sensory-friendly lighting, and traditional chai tea. The only thing that was confusing was the "$50 minimum spend per person" printed at the bottom of every menu.
