Absolutely sensational experience, unmissable especially if you are coeliac. On top of generally excellent service, the staff graciously and efficiently catered to my partner's intolerance to gluten (fairly rare in our experience of Japan). We were very impressed that they could alter the course meals to suit our food needs, even though we didn't have a reservation. The food itself was top notch, the atmosphere relaxed and funky, and the waitstaff incredibly kind and accommodating. I've seen some reviews saying this place is expensive, but I haven't seen a better price for so much food of this calibre. Best dining experience for us in Tokyo so far.
