Kazoku Izakaya

This is our third time eating at this restaurant, and I have nothing but good things to say. We have a gluten allergy, and they've always been very attentive, but they've also maintained the quality of the food despite it. Delicious dishes and exquisite service. A 10/10. Juan was our waiter, and he couldn't have served us better. We'll definitely be back!

I'm giving one star because I can't give it a zero. First, we arrive and are made to wait standing in the middle of the street in a rude manner. They serve us, and first of all, they don't have anything gluten-free, so we're off to a bad start. They bring us two rather tacky appetizers, like some kind of cracker with a slice of fish that we didn't order, and they add €5 to the bill for two soft crackers. Before we've even tried a single dish, they come to us, probably because we were dressed casually or whatever kind of classist you are, and charge us with the excuse that all the tables on the street charge before eating. (€70, no more, no less) Four half-ruined sushis, The sauces are unpalatable. Suddenly, I see someone on the terrace finishing their meal and GOING TO PAY, and I ask the waitress how that's possible if they charged us beforehand. She says she'll ask and never comes back with an answer. We were broadcasting live on social media, and I went through the most embarrassing experience of my life when they charged me before I even ate. As if I was going to leave without paying. Classist. Bad service. Bland food. They charged me €5 for an appetizer we didn't order. And on top of that, the embarrassment and humiliation of being charged before you've even tried a dish, even though everyone else hasn't. I do not recommend it.
