I have Celiac Disease and eating at restaurants makes me quite nervous as I am sensitive even to cross-contamination. I have been to your restaurant twice now and had the pleasure of being served by Haley both times. She has been fantastic. She is knowledgeable about ingredients, understanding with respect to cross contamination and very willing to adapt. I will absolutely continue to dine at your restaurant and will specifically be requesting to sit in Haley’s section.
