Wow! What a wonderful restaurant. We had this place on our radar for a while and finally went for Friday date night. We ordered the lamb shank and a tlayuda. Both were very flavorful and delicious. This place has a very fun menu and we will be back soon to try additional items. The servers were very nice and they bring out chips with bean dip for an appetizer which was a fun and delicious change of pace from chips and salsa. This place is very friendly for gluten free diners and items that contain gluten are clearly marked on the menu.

My boyfriend and I discovered this place over a year ago and it has surely become one of our favorite places to dine. The food was amazing and offered a wide variety of food from the region and even offers vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options. The drinks were a nice compliment to the delicious food. We go for the food but stay for the friendly and attentive staff and atmosphere of the establishment. This restaurant should definitely be on your list of places to visit while in Chicago

Incredible experience! Everything was top notch here (service, food, atmosphere). I went with my boyfriend who has celiac disease and he had so many gluten free options to choose from! They had a dedicated fryer which meant the chips (+ grasshoppers) were celiac-safe! Big fan of the Prix Fixe menu - very reasonable price for all the (delicious) food you get!
