Delicious Ramen! We stopped in mid week, ignoring many of the reviews that were back and forth on quality. I had Tonkatsu Ramen and my wife had Shoyu Ramen with gluten free noodles. Both had great flavor, were nice and hot when they came out, and had a great variety of flavor and textural elements. The mushrooms were one of the favorite parts of the ramen! My pork belly was perfectly cooked, had a slight crisp on one side and a nice chew to it. Overall, it was a great meal!
