Tasty food and a clean establishment! I'm gluten free due to some reaction symptoms, but not a diagnosed Celiac. My family chose this restaurant from Trip Advisor as we were passing through because of vegan and gluten free recommendations. I think the food may be cooked on a shared grill (really not sure), but I can say I had no reaction myself. People far more sensitive than me might want to eat one of their beautiful salads or discuss further with the staff. The menu doesn't specify gluten free anywhere, but the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the food is simple enough I think they can make you something. I ordered the "Kari" and my mother (also sensitive) ordered Huevos Rancheros without the flour tortilla on the side. Both cooked to perfection! We loved the food and would definitely go here again on our next trip through the area. Tucumcari is in a sort of gluten free dead zone for travelers. I am very happy to have found this gem! You should visit!

Ok so not sure how this place gets five stars or if people were just hungry and willing to eat there own arm off. Don’t order the avocados for they aren’t real and basically freezer style and nasty. Processed cheeses and smothered all over everything. I mean you can always tell fake cheese. Since my wife has a specific allergen and can’t eat things with gluten or it makes her ill they didn’t have anything. Thinking that she would be ok she ordered the oatmeal. That was a mistake as well. It was nasty and I’ve eaten bad Army food just as a comparison. So not only did my pregnant wife with a allergen not only get to eat but also got to be sick most of the the morning. Thanks Allsups for carrying some snacks to hold us over to get out of there.
