A delicious sushi meal with gluten-free accommodations, including GF tamari. The sushi chef and server were able to steer me to naturally gluten-free rolls. They had GF tamari, too. I'm adding Kusshi to my list of go-to sushi restaurants.
Great salmon toro, which is my favorite nigiri.
The maki I ordered were beautiful and delicious.

Tons of gluten free options. They even had gluten free rice beer. Sit at the bar or at the counter because the staff are really fun.
