L'Arciere

It’s a pity we only discovered this restaurant on our last evening in Pisa. We were truly impressed. Both the regular and gluten-free dishes were excellent. Our daughter had delicious mozzarella balls as a starter. The gluten-free pasta and pizza were absolutely delicious, as were the desserts. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. All in all, it was simply a great and tasty experience.

I don’t live in Italy so I think my pizza standards are lower, but this was the best gluten-free pizza I’ve had so far in my 2 year long gluten-free journey :)

Everything is great, there are also dishes for celiacs. Excellent quality pizzas, very careful service, pleasant environment and not too much noise. Must try.
