Definitely recommend. We (family of 4 with 9yr old coeliac) had lunch here and it was excellent. 100% GF with a good variety of dishes that catered for everyone. It’s a pity we only discovered this restaurant on our last evening in Pisa. We were truly impressed. Both the regular and gluten-free dishes were excellent. Our daughter had delicious mozzarella balls as a starter. The gluten-free pasta and pizza were absolutely delicious, as were the desserts. The staff was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. All in all, it was simply a great and tasty experience.

The restaurant is located right next to the Cisanello hospital in Pisa. It has many seats and if you don't book you have to wait your turn. We had dinner in the veranda which is welcoming. We chose it because they also have gluten-free pizzas. Both the normal and gluten-free pizzas are decent. For gluten-free you can only choose a few types but it should be noted that there is no extra charge. The bill is very very honest.
