I ordered a cut rare, it was very cold, the sauce was very bitter, I reported it to the waiter who took the order, he brought it back to the kitchen, it was clearly reheated rare on one side and cooked on the other, needless to say, I wasn't brought any accompanying bread, I had to ask for it, salt doesn't exist in their kitchen, tasteless chips. The others had ordered pizzas with cold toppings and the gluten-free one had raw sausage and inedible baked potatoes. They do not have a fryer for gluten-free chips (non-critical information). A waiter dropped a coke which can happen and was mocked by the older waiter with a "good job" which was very "encouraging" for a waiter who apologized 3 times and you could see he was mortified. Very kind and helpful cashier, I'm sorry but it wasn't respectful at all.
