Some pasta dishes can be gluten-free with either penne or zoodles. Gnocchi dishes can also be adapted and zoodles or penne can also be used here. Ice isn't a problem either. By the way, L'Osteria is just around the corner from the Hotel Bassena!
Seen in the picture: Penne with chicken strips. The shrimp and chicken pasta was changed to gluten-free for me. The shrimp were left out and their own sauce was prepared, the original one would have also had lobster and contained gluten.
