I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea. I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt... It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!

7 minutes walk from Omotesando Station A cafe and grocery store opened in Minami Aoyama in 2017 with the theme of "beautiful intestines." The store proposes "eat and be beautiful" with the desire to provide delicious, healthy meals. The meals and sweets served are made with carefully selected ingredients that are gluten-free, sugar-free, and additive-free. They are gentle on the body and support a beautiful intestine. Not only can those with allergies enjoy it, but those who are health and beauty conscious can also enjoy it with peace of mind. This time, I had the beautiful intestine afternoon tea set♪ . ┄┄┄┄┄┄┄┄┄ ■ Vegan taco rice ■ Salad bowl (with grains and avocado topping) ┄┄┄┄┄┄┄┄┄┄┄ Vegan taco rice It's so meaty you wouldn't believe it's meat-free, and there's plenty of vegetables too. Brown rice is used, making this taco rice healthy yet satisfying♪ The salad bowl contains 10 to 20 different ingredients, including plenty of vegetables, chickpeas, and nuts. A delicious salad that's packed with nutrients from vitamins to protein. Please give it a tryᐝ

Multigrain salad bowl 1,650 yen, large hot apple tart 1,180 yen, organic green tea powder soy latte 750 yen. A cafe decorated with various flowers like a florist, located just a short walk from Omotesando station. This is a health-conscious shop where all the menu items are gluten-free. The multigrain salad bowl looks healthy. Topped with leafy vegetables, three types of vegetable deli, chickpeas, avocado, and small ancient brown rice, with crushed almonds as an accent. The sweet sake French dressing is also delicious with just the right amount of sourness. This was my first time trying it, but it's a salad and also like taco rice, so it's a proper meal. Both the apple tart and soy latte were delicious with a gentle sweetness. The interior is also really stylish, and full of conscious ladies. I think there will be more and more shops like this.
