Heavenly vegan pancakes♡
Gluten-free pancakes!
Fluffy and moist.
Enjoy it with seasonal fruits, whipped soy milk, and homemade vanilla ice cream.
The soy milk cream was more delicious than I expected.
100% vegan🌱 is amazing!
The interior of the restaurant is filled with greenery and has a warm, homey atmosphere that makes it very comfortable to spend time in.
It seemed like there were a lot of couples there.
When I went around 4pm, I was able to get in without having to wait, and my food came out quickly.
The seiro set meal had already sold out, so I ordered the one soup and three side dishes set meal.
The amount seemed a little small for the price, but it seemed good for my health.
They also sold gluten-free cookies inside the restaurant.
I'd like to go again.
Fun little vegan and gluten-free cafe. The staff working were friendly and kind.
It is a small place and the serves are to the smaller side, too. Maybe more of a snack and treat spot I’d say. We came for lunch and had a pizza and burger plus cake and smoothies and drinks and weren’t full after. The rainbow cake looks beautiful, but wasn’t too flavorful. Tiramisu was more enjoyable. Great alternative cafe if on the search for gluten-free and vegan or dairyfree sweat and savory treats!

This place was so incredible, I couldn’t resist coming back a second time during my trip. The Dan Dan udon, curry udon, and mushroom tempura are all must-tries. Gluten-free food doesn’t always get the credit it deserves, but this spot truly delivers whether you’re GF or not.
I had a delicious gluten-free ramen. The broth was perhaps a little lacking in flavor for my taste, but I still liked it. It's wonderful to be able to enjoy a gluten-free option at Tokyo Station.
Excellent place for people with celiac disease! Everything is gluten-free and delicious. We tried the pepperoni pizza, a baguette, a bacon braid, and a kind of vegan curry-filled bun. It's a small takeout place, although there are a couple of benches outside where you can eat. The guy is very friendly and speaks perfect English.
100% recommended, but we recommend getting there early because they're so fast.
Went there today for a quick lunch and got a hummus sandwich for takeaway. I will tell you it was so so good! There's fresh veggies inside and the bread is phenomenal. I wish I could have this every day 😊 the staff are incredibly sweet so I felt like I was at home. If you're vegan and gluten free this is a great option !

Holy cow!! What an incredible meal. To be anywhere in the world, let alone Japan, and have an entirely gluten free meal is a real treat. I can’t even eat like this in the massive American city where I live. This was dreamy. Incredible food and service in an intimate and comfortable space. Very affordable for what you get. 1,000,000/10!!!!
great experience, very diligent about vegetarian and other allergies/preferences. staff was very kind and accommodating, they spoke clear english and made friendly conversation. everything gluten free, highly recommend!
My friend is gluten-free, therefore she was really happy with the wide selection. I tried the sesame ramen, but it was really bland, and the little bit of soy meat tasted like nothing

my family and i had the great privilege of dining at the teppanbaby. my celiac mother had an amazing meal and my little brother ate some amazing chicken and rice. the staff is AMAZING and definitely a highlight of my trip!!
Had lunch here today, phenomenal curry. Our waitress informed us the cafe is closing for 2 months and will only serve coffee and gluten free cake going forward. No more meals.
I visited L for You AOYAMA, a gluten-free cafe for intestinal health in Omotesando. I've been eating and drinking a lot these past few days, so I came here to give my stomach a rest (^^)... I had burdock and mushroom intestinal health soy milk soup, a plate of brown rice and vegetables, and pomegranate green tea.
I'm so happy it's gentle on my stomach...no guilt...
It also came with a small banana bound cake, so I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal (^_^)!
It's a restaurant that specializes in vegan and gluten-free food, and it doesn't use rice flour, so it was very helpful. The stylish atmosphere was also nice. The food was very delicious and reasonably priced, so it was a good experience.
I happened to come across a gluten-free bakery so I went there with my husband. Everything looked delicious and it was hard to choose. The staff were friendly and very likable. When I received the bread, some were warm and I couldn't resist, so I tried them on a bench in a nearby square. They were plump and had the aroma of rice flour and were delicious. I'm going to buy some more now. I hope they still have some left.
Amazing gluten free pistacchio cake and cheesecake. Fresh juice, not too sweet. Quiet and comfortable. Will definitely come back!
Edit: Have been here three times now, would 100% recommend this place!
Fukuda was amazing with gluten intolerance, I could cry. He literally walked me through every item that I could eat safely. The food was also amazing! 10/10 would come back!
Saved our trip! My son is gluten free, and Japan (largely) is not. It was very hard to find food for him, and other gluten free shops either weren’t really gluten free, or just tasted bad, had very small menus, or were closed when they said they were open. But Biossa had exactly what we needed. Good, fresh, delicious gluten free bread, muffins, baguettes, and croissants! That way we could pack and carry the breads around Tokyo, so my son could eat almost anywhere (by swapping out the provided breads with these gluten free ones). Game-changing. Thanks Biossa!
I ate here no more than 20 minutes ago and it was wonderful. It’s difficult to find gluten free places in Japan, especially along with being vegan - This restaurant was lovely, the food was great and the staff are so kind, friendly and sweet.
We had the lunch plates (where you basically get to try a bit of everything, everywhere should do that am I right?!), donut, chocolate waffle and regular waffle - Everything was so nice, I’m vegetarian and my partner is a meat eater, we loved all of it but had opposite favourites to one another so it’s definitely worth a try!
Enjoy everyone!

This place is amazing. A quick walk from Kichijōji
station, there's several pleasant spots to tuck in and eat. My wife is celiac and she had a life-restoring Ratatouille moment of eating a cake and creampuff unlike anything she had eaten since she was young in Europe and able to have gluten. Thank you so much for a great treat!
Two years ago in March, I took my daughter, a second-year university student, for a stroll around Shibuya.
We stopped in for lunch.
~We live in southern Kanagawa,
and my daughter and I have bronchial allergies...
We rarely have a chance to visit Shibuya, which is crowded with young people and foreigners...
This was my daughter's third time in her life.
I'm 60 years old,
hmm, how many years has it been since I last visited?! (laughs)
That's the Shibuya area.
In front of Hachiko, which is in a different location from before.
A long line of foreign tourists lined up.
Redevelopment has seen new high-rise buildings rise in front of the station.
Recalling the Shibuya I used to walk around when I was about the same age as my daughter (40 years ago💦).
I tried to find traces of the past, but although the road structure is the same, the shops and buildings have changed a lot (sweat).
Amidst all of that, the atmosphere around Spain Hill, where Bio Cafe is located, has not changed. Phew 😀
Parco, which is nearby (where I spent all of my part-time job pay of 10,000 yen that day, a bitter fate 😭), is also in the same place.
Now, the rooftop garden is a secret spot for the night view 🥰
Maybe Biidoro, which is next to Bio Cafe, has been there since back then?
I feel like I met up with a friend there to discuss a trip to Bali... 🤔
Memories of such distant youth are scattered like a mosaic in the streets of Shibuya.
Hoping to reduce my daughter's allergies, I chose this gluten-free restaurant for lunch.
Even though it was vegan food, it was well thought out and delicious👍
The lunch course was 1,880 yen, including salad bar and detox water.
We ordered brown rice, fried chicken set,
and vegan Mont Blanc.
The fact that it was vegan didn't bother us at all, it was just a normal, delicious restaurant✌️
The service and the atmosphere were really not bad.
I was a little concerned about the hygiene of the salad bar, so I took one star off.
Unlike salad bars in regular restaurants or hotels,
there were a lot of spilled food scattered around, perhaps because there were a lot of young customers.
It was a little less clean?
Tongs were shared,
and overall,
the area around the salad bar felt a bit messy.
(Maybe it depends on the day.)
Other than that,
the food was delicious,
and the location was easy to find and convenient.
It's a good restaurant that's healthy but filling.
Personally, I was happy that it's located on the nostalgic Spain Hill, right next to Parco, as it reminded me of a lot of the past 😘
On the way home, I told my daughter for the first time about my memories of Shibuya from my time as a university student and employee, as we headed from Koen-dori to the station.
~I would recommend this place for a day of strolling around Shibuya, whether it's for parents and children, friends, couples, or colleagues.

Atmosphere was chill and lounge-y like a hip living room or speak easy from the 1920s. Felt like a secret 一言こだわりclub. It was 80% foreigners a from all over the world, so we felt comfortable speaking and laughing at normal sound levels without worrying about disturbing others. The Japanese there seemed happy to have lively foreigners - unlike a lot of places in Japan these days.
Also, there was another restaurant nearby that had a sign that said VEGAN but later said “sorry that’s just “design””.
This restaurant doesn’t just have a vegan menu, but rather can make vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or MEAT versions of almost everything on their menu!

I’ve ordered food from here twice already because the first time I was totally blown away by how soft and perfect the gluten free croissants are. Everything about this place is just flawless. I honestly can only recommend it! This spot will definitely be the thing I miss the most when I leave Tokyo.

If you asked me what my idea of heaven is, it’s this bakery. I cried happy tears when I saw the incredible range of authentic Japanese baked items on offer. 100% gluten free, this is truly a coeliac’s dream.
I loved the self serve tray + tongs element of the experience. The fried curry bread is absolutely incredible and I was so excited to try gluten free melonpan!!! If you are gluten free, you absolutely MUST add this to your Tokyo itinerary! I’ll be thinking of this bakery for a very long time ❤️

There's a very interesting story about me and this restaurant. I moved here almost one year ago, and as a gluten sensitive person, I was trying to find places, restaurants and cafes, that had GF options. Of course Soranoiro was one of the first reccomended restaurants, but because it's located in Hanzomon, an area where basically only salaryman gather, I never really had any reason to go, and I kept postponing, again and again, until I forgot.
Flash forward to May, nine months later I'm working in Hanzomon, only for a short while, and I'm trying to find a restaurant who has at least one rice based meal option. Suddenly I notice that Soranoiro is just one minute away from my workplace! Life is really unexpected right? I wonder what is karma trying to tell me ahaha
Anyway, the vegetarian ramen was great, and it's really easy to customise each order with gluten free noodles, I personally really reccomend Soranoiro to everyone, people that enjoy ramen and people that want to try new flavours such as vegetables ramen. The overall vibe is pretty chill too, and I really liked their background music. Just note it down that the only accept cashless payments~
Absolutely delicious chicken tikka masala. Cozy place and very friendly staff. The owner is very knowledgeable about gluten, and all the curries were gluten free.

If you have a gluten intolerance or even if you don’t, this is the place to eat!! We had the Seed Breakfast and the banana bread and it was scrumptious!!
Great tacos, with plenty of gluten free options. Just avoid the fried options if you have concerns with cross-contamination. Carne asada was especially good.

Very nice and friendly environment, I was searching one more time a gluten free (celiac) place with good sushi and I found it! I showed my translated paper with the information about my disease and they made me an amazing sushi!
Excellent burgers and very interesting desserts, they also have gluten-free sandwiches so they can satisfy even those who need gluten-free. Service as always friendly, water included, prices slightly higher than average but worth it.

If you’re gluten free you should definitely come here! If you aren’t you should come any way! The food was incredible and the staff were so friendly. And they were very kind and caring about my allergy. The atmosphere is great, it feels completely authentic. We loved it
I enjoyed my green salad very much. The balance of all the green veggies, with the smallest pop of a red lettuce in it was excellent. The dressing was a outstanding pesto, which I almost wished for more of, however I was so glad to be able to taste and appreciate each of my vegetables individually, again harmony.
The tiramisu was vegan and gf, as were all the desserts. This dessert was great as a df gf customer.
What we would have liked more of, a few more gluten free options on the savory menu. The green salad was the solitary option. No soup or warm food was gluten free on the entire menu. Many vegan people would like this choice. I am celiac, and found your restaurant on Atly, a gluten free restaurant App. It would only enhance the menu to have 1 soup and 1 warm meal. This would raise the stars to 5 stars!🌟
Great tacos. Really good value and very fast. Many options are gluten free which is why I tried this place. Staff speak English.
This place has a bar with 4-5 stools inside for dining in, and another two tables outside. They have a bigger restaurant about 5 minutes walk away with a bigger indoor dining area.

My wife and I had one night in Tokyo in our travels and made a reservation at Sushi Korin. Our flight was delayed and we had to miss our reservation. We notified the restaurant that we would miss our reservation and Chef Masatomo responded with one of the most remarkable acts of service and kindness we have experienced from a restaurant. Chef Masatomo, his wife Aiko, and one of their staff members hand delivered our sushi to us at 1 a.m. at our hotel near the HND airport. The sushi was phenomenal and this has become one of our most memorable and shared stories from our travels.
Additionally, my wife and I unable to eat gluten which makes an omakase style sushi meal quite difficult. Chef Masatomo went above and beyond to ensure our sushi was delicious and safe for us to eat.
We cannot thank Chef Masatomo, Aiko, and the staff at Sushi Korin enough. We will certainly return (and this time to the actual restaurant) next time we are in Tokyo!

I couldn’t believe there was such a famous sweets store in Kameido! I ordered a chiffon whole cake. It's so delicious that you can't believe it's gluten-free (rice flour). Plus the sweetness of the fruit. Above all, the deliciousness of fresh cream! The best in everything!

Please be aware. There’s a barley inside the rice. don't go there if you’re a celiac unless you want to eat only the curry without rice. We went there because it’s a gluten free curry. A staff said that you can eat only the curry without the rice. Because there’s barley inside their rice. So It’s not a gluten-free friendly restaurant 😅 I don’t understand why
a. they advertise as a gluten-free curry restaurant if they cook rice with barley. This tells that they don’t know about a celiac disease.
b. they can offer a plain white rice
You should definitely try the cream puffs at this shop! They are superb. The dough is gluten-free and moist, the cream has a rich milk flavor, and the chocolate is not too sweet with a strong cocoa flavor. The custard cream is also delicious.
The angel shrimp burger had a soft bun and was very delicious.
The exquisite royal milk tea had a sweet cream on top that matched well with the strong black tea.
The tea leaves have the distinctive scent of Earl Grey. The rich milk tea was delicious.
I heard from people around me that the pancakes, Monti Cristo, and parfaits were also delicious! It's a very charming shop.
