This was an unexpected delight! After days of having to be very careful they helped me have a gluten, soy, dairy, and pineapple free lunch. It was fresh and fantastic! The owner and her mother treated us like they were cooking for family. Loved our time here and will be back.

If you have a gluten intolerance or even if you don’t, this is the place to eat!! We had the Seed Breakfast and the banana bread and it was scrumptious!!

Imagine being gluten intolerant and having a friend - who is also gluten intolerant - and her mom make you the best gf meal you’ve eaten in ages, as you sit in their dining room and relax. That is what eating here is like. This tiny little gem of a restaurant is worth seeking out if you are in this corner of Tokyo. The owner is truly lovely, the restaurant is beautiful and intimate, and the food is outstanding. The pancakes alone were worth the trip! Thank you to Seed Cafe for taking such good care of us “special needs” diners who still love to eat delicious foods!
