I came here last year and again this year, best gluten free ramen in the world!

Restaurant with gluten-free ramen options. A bit far from the Shibuya crossing and quite popular with tourists. I ordered the miso ramen with wheat noodles, and my wife had the same, but with gluten-free noodles. Since we had the option, we also shared some vegetarian and gluten-free gyozas. The gyozas didn't seem gluten-free (the dough was delicious), and the ramen had, if not the same base, a very similar one, the only difference being the noodles. The broth had an intense flavor, and the noodles (the wheat ones) were thin and very good. A great option if you're traveling with someone with celiac disease, or if you are one yourself. Decent service, and they have several tables.
