LOCALE AURORA Restaurant & Bar

Went to Locale Aurora for the first time on Saturday to celebrate my birthday and the food did not disappoint! We had reservations and were seated within a few minutes of arriving. The service was amazing and so was the food. We started off with the arancini of the day which was mushroom and cheese with an incredibly tasty tomato sauce and also an order for bruschetta which came with three small thin pieces which was perfect as not to get full on bread. We had the papardelle with a boar tomato sauce that was extremely tasty and tender and salmon which had a nice char to it. Finished off the meal with the delicious gluten free pistachio and berry compote cake and they also brought out a plate of deliciously fried balls coated in sugar with a candle to blow out. Had the espressos spiked with baileys and a delicious green apple cocktail with our meal. An overall delicious meal experience, would highly recommend!

We have dined at the Aurora location several times. Always excellent food and excellent service. My husband and I had dinner this evening, and I have recently been diagnosed as celiac so my usual menu choices were a bit different. Our waitress Serena was extremely understanding and thoughtful and knowledgable about all the food items on the menu. Wonderful server, wonderful food, and a nice evening out !
