I walked into this business for the first time today as i have heard from my clients that this was a good place to have lunch. I wanted to get a sandwich from the sandwich making area. I saw an attended and decided to asked her recommendations for dairy free options as I am very dairy intolerant and suffers from IBS. She was not very helpful as a matter of fact she was not friendly at all, not a smile came from her. So then I decided to go to the eartery thinking that they might be able to make me a sandwich without out any dairy. They could not as everything was pre made. So I decided to order a bagle with slight butter which won't kill me but make me a bit uncomfortable. They didn't have butter for the bagle. So I ordered a bagle anyway.
I would have preferred if the staff would have told me right away that most of their sandwiches contained dairy. I would not have wasted my lunch hr.
Customer service needs some attention and they need to have gluten free and dairy free options. I do like the atmosphere. It is a nice break from the ordinary.
