La Fonte di Mosè

The place looks very good and is very nice and comfortable...but the main problem lies in the service. Being celiac, I anticipated my situation when booking, when I found myself at the table they brought me the gluten-free menu and so far everything was fine, except for the fact that when the second one arrived I realized that it was with breading. different from how it is usually proposed to me. I asked if it was the right dish, but unfortunately after asking in the kitchen it had the presence of GLUTEN, therefore with normal breading. So then they changed it for me but the problem was when they changed it for me and I always found the breading, I asked if it was without corn flour (as I was also allergic to it already specified at the beginning of the service) and I feel the waiter who said in a low voice as he was leaving “what a drag”. I felt uncomfortable and I don't feel like recommending it to gluten-free people at all.

We have eaten in this restaurant for several occasions (baptisms, communions) and the food has always been superb. The staff is very polite and helpful. Furthermore, since I have celiac disease, they were very careful in providing me with a gluten-free menu, without making me miss out on the taste! I felt pampered from starter to dessert. Recommended to everyone!
