For three summers (since my daughter's diagnosis) when we are on holiday I have come to get supplies (in the true sense of the word) from Signorile. A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. Great place for anyone with celiac disease! The super nice waitress showed me the two separate kitchens for safe gluten-free preparation without contamination. There's even a gluten-free deep fryer! Everything that is gluten-free is served in blue bowls, the normal ones in red. In addition, the restaurant is AIC certified. I had a crispy chicken burger that was delicious! The fries are also crispy, all of very good quality. There was also a cute cat service robot that brought you food and you looked directly at the sea! Very American style furnishings and super friendly service!

Super experience! Good, beautiful and healthy dishes! Very chic, sophisticated, fragrant atmosphere... Very particular place, very well looked after, lots of particular details, I love it. Top service! Excellent price - 20 euros for brunch menu (4 courses), even for those who eat gluten and lactose free! Refined ingredients, the products they use are of excellent quality (quinoa, walnuts, turnip greens, etc.). Each course on the menu is a creation, simple but surprising. Very good! Very healthy!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the professionalism of the owner. We ordered two gluten-free burgers and they were spectacular: very good scottona meat, thick, perfectly cooked, excellent pistachio sauce, rocket, tomato, cheese... a real pleasure and all accompanied by french fries! Maximum attention and seriousness, both for gluten-free and for other needs (counter products also without lactose and maximum attention in the preparation and cleaning of raw vegetables). Simply perfect We ordered a starter for 6 p which we split in two and then a turbot with potatoes.. Sublime.. Only the bones remained All accompanied with a half liter of passerina with bubbles Good service: they had placed us facing the sea (being a couple) but we asked to be moved so as not to be too exposed to the air . Done right away My partner is gluten intolerant and they brought us biscuits. The only flaw: the first basket of bread was not fresh, they changed it immediately At the time of the bill the sorbet was finished and they paid us homage to the amaro (we took a glass but they left us the bottle.. And no.. Not everyone pays homage to the amaro) Absolutely recommended
