I agree with the excellent reviews already posted. Great discovery made almost by chance and therefore even more appreciated. Beautiful location by the sea, you can eat with a sea view on the Porto Recanati coast. We are welcomed by Ana, the truly professional, polite and very kind waitress. In my opinion, Chef German deserves a Michelin star, excellent raw materials, beautiful dishes in their presentation, technique and refinement reign supreme, the dishes have spectacular genuine and authentic flavors with a touch of originality. Starting from the entré, appetizer of ash octopus and seafood tagliolini with lime and cayenne pepper. How sweet is the Ring with raspberry gel and hot cream and a superlative pocket coffee!
Last but not least, most of the menu is dedicated to those who have celiac disease like my wife, the gluten-free pasta and bread are made by them, chapeau!
I haven't posted photos because I would like to have aroused your curiosity with this post so that you can immerse yourself in this culinary experience. Once you arrive, let yourself be guided by German and you will be rewarded sensorially!
