I thought about it a bit before reviewing, I've been there two or three times......
The first time it was very full (due to the Summer Jamboree) and despite this they found us a table, the second time on the contrary it was deserted, few tables occupied, perhaps it was the first days of June.
On both occasions it took us a long time to have dinner, a long wait, about 1 hour and more, a lot.
The second time a salad still didn't arrive after an hour and we gave up by paying and leaving.
The waitresses are always kind and helpful, as is the gentleman at the checkout, very friendly and welcoming.
But that's exactly how it went.....the food isn't to my liking but this is very subjective, the name of the restaurant tells you what you'll find on the menu so you have to like what is typical of American/American culture.
I think I will go back anyway just for the availability of the gluten free menu and the kindness they showed.
