A magical place for celiacs, top fresh products and super competitive prices for us who are from Bolzano it is an oasis in the desert given that here the fresh product does not only exist packaged or frozen. Top service! Excellent price - 20 euros for brunch menu (4 courses), even for those who eat gluten and lactose free! Refined ingredients, the products they use are of excellent quality (quinoa, walnuts, turnip greens, etc.). Each course on the menu is a creation, simple but surprising. Very good! Very healthy!

The place looks very good and is very nice and comfortable...but the main problem lies in the service. Being celiac, I anticipated my situation when booking, when I found myself at the table they brought me the gluten-free menu and so far everything was fine, except for the fact that when the second one arrived I realized that it was with breading. different from how it is usually proposed to me. I asked if it was the right dish, but unfortunately after asking in the kitchen it had the presence of GLUTEN, therefore with normal breading. So then they changed it for me but the problem was when they changed it for me and I always found the breading, I asked if it was without corn flour (as I was also allergic to it already specified at the beginning of the service) and I feel the waiter who said in a low voice as he was leaving “what a drag”. I felt uncomfortable and I don't feel like recommending it to gluten-free people at all.

Lasagna purchased for mid-August, exceptional! An excellent variety of highly recommended gluten-free products, also available for lactose-free. It's the second time I go to Hummus and the situation is always the same. The first time I reported it and bypassed it because they had just opened and I was hoping that the report would reach the appropriate people. After months I return and surprise: nothing has changed. There are some proposals with "gluten-free" written on them which in reality are not suitable for those with celiac disease. And this in itself would be serious, but the thing that always leaves one wondering is that the product is gluten-free, but is displayed together (on the same plate) with all the other products with gluten. So as not to simply display them on a separate plate and leave an option for celiacs too? If I had asked for table service I would have received a product that really would have been unsuitable for my illness. So why put the gluten-free sign? It would be enough to say "with rice flour". Oh right, it wouldn't be as catchy as the gluten-free sign. Spoiler: there are no levels of celiac disease. So a product is either suitable or not. We are in 2025, we can't not know anything yet. Besides the fact that in any case, you write something that is not true and if you wanted to attack us you could get to the bottom of the matter.
