Over the years I've been to their Santiago & Pontevedra outlets and this one in Vigo is consistent with my experiences elsewhere. Service was as I wanted quick and courteous. The beefburger in gluten free bun & fries arrived quickly and were delicious. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes, just as I'd planned. Background music was alright as it was alternative local, all I missed was some Dakidarría!

The nugget started years ago with a beautiful project that also worked very well. From the quality, the flavor and the attention, they were taken care of with care. There has been a clear decrease in all this for some time now and today I started eating again. The food is good, the service average because they are more concerned with taking orders out (take away) than with properly serving the tables. We ordered two things, they forgot to bring the complement for one of them. We made several attempts to get a waitress to serve us, and by the time we did, the dish was almost finished. When we finished eating we were waiting for them to clear our table and order dessert. It took so long (because they were taking orders for just eat, glovo, etc.) that we decided to leave without finishing. It's a shame that these details are being abandoned. I will think very hard before returning. After writing these lines that you have read, I returned about 3 weeks later to give it another chance. This time we ordered 2 burgers to go. Total disaster. The salmon burger was difficult to eat. The gluten-free bread was like a rock, so we had to settle for eating the inside, which was sadly surprising: four pieces of lettuce badly placed, a slice of tomato and a slice of burnt salmon about half a finger thick. Dry as wet. €12 for this burger. The other one was acceptable but we will not return. I don't know what has brought the level of quality of what they offer down so dramatically. I'm talking about the Pepita on Oporto Street (I don't know how the others are working). It makes me sad to post such a sad review. I hope it helps you continue improving.
