Excellent service for people with gluten and lactose intolerances, as well as vegan preferences. It's hard to find such a wide variety; this restaurant has a full menu to suit every need.
They don't take allergies seriously! This week I went with my husband who has celiac disease and we ordered one of the burgers, which they assured us could be made gluten-free. We also reiterated several times that he was celiac and the importance of everything being gluten-free. They still gave us caramelized onion (which has gluten and was not on the list of ingredients in the burger we ordered). When we asked for explanations, they did not give us any solution or discount. What's more, they had the nerve to charge us the extra €0.50 for being gluten-free. In short, if you have allergies I advise you not to come to this establishment because they do not take them seriously!!
A pleasant time, the waiter was brilliant, very friendly and professional, but still very welcoming. The food was exquisite. Gluten-free and delicious.
Over the years I've been to their Santiago & Pontevedra outlets and this one in Vigo is consistent with my experiences elsewhere.
Service was as I wanted quick and courteous. The beefburger in gluten free bun & fries arrived quickly and were delicious. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes, just as I'd planned.
Background music was alright as it was alternative local, all I missed was some Dakidarría!
They offer gluten-free food, almost the entire menu, and they're very knowledgeable about the topic. They explain everything, and you can tell they understand the topic. Aside from that, they're incredibly concerned, asking questions, and the food is delicious and at a very good price. The waiters are attentive. Wonderful. A thousand thanks to the cook, she's a sweetheart.
All the food is handcrafted there. Very delicious food, you have the option of ordering non-spicy dishes or if you are vegetarian they adapt the dishes so you can enjoy them.
Everything is gluten-free for celiacs.
A local success
Very cozy place with very varied breakfasts, very important to keep in mind, is that they have great options for celiacs, their avocado cake 🥑 simply spectacular!! I recommend it 100%.
Quite disappointed. We went for a midweek lunch and were told they only served set menus and didn't have a full menu available. This is a big problem if you're vegan, celiac, or have allergies or intolerances. The problem is that it wasn't listed on the website, nor was it mentioned when we made the reservation; otherwise, we wouldn't have gone.
The service was average, and the place is nice and cozy, but the food was a disappointment. The portions were tiny, and the menu price of €15 (€13 if you ordered it without yogurt for dessert; they didn't offer anything else), was incredibly expensive for the quality and portions.
I don't recommend it. Being right in the center of Vigo, there are definitely cheaper places with generous portions.
I have celiac disease and it is one of the few places where I can eat almost 100% of the menu, adapting it with top quality gluten-free bread and gluten-free beer.... special mention to the waitress María who, with the crazy day they had with what Of the bikes that I had organized just in front of them, it was not noticeable that it took a toll on her since at all times she was super fast, attentive and friendly... thank you for a great dinner... we will repeat for sure.
I went with a large group of friends. We let the owner recommend the quantities and dishes off the menu, and we were 100% right. All the dishes were spectacular. One of my friends is celiac and was able to try the entire menu without any problems. The service also made it a perfect experience. Highly recommended!
Incredible experience! A place with a lot of charm, a pleasant atmosphere, many gluten-free options and more than recommended. It is recommended to reserve although it has a large parking lot. The service was impeccable and always very attentive to the table. The food is delicious, all the dishes without exception were impressive in flavor and presentation as well as being a good portion. The low temperature ribs were very delicious and the tuna belly was just right and the accompanying sauce was a real 10. Without forgetting the desserts, the passion fruit cake left us speechless. The price is not crazy, but it is not a cheap place, about 35 euros per head, but it is well worth it for the quality of the service and how different and delicious the food is. 🤤
Everything was perfect! This is our second time here, and we love it. They have such a great menu that it's hard to choose. The location is beautiful, the food is excellent, and so is the service. Plus, most of the options are gluten-free. I've tried the gluten-free toast, and the bread is delicious. The pancakes are also delicious; you can't even tell they're gluten-free. I highly recommend it.
For celiacs NOTHING recommended, they are not careful, they got confused when giving the dessert asking them if that was the “gluten-free” one, they confirmed that it was, thank goodness we waited until we all had them and when they brought the rest they realized that it was wrong, apart from that… the pizzas really leave a lot to be desired
We had dinner for 10! Very good quality and everything was delicious. I would like to highlight that it is a pleasure to be able to go to a place where food intolerances such as celiac disease are taken into account. We will repeat for sure!
An ideal place for both a vermouth and a meal, with a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options. It's definitely a place you'll return to for its friendliness and food.
We love this site! They have a tremendous multicultural offering and gluten-free options. All the dishes are impressive and the service and attention is fantastic. We recommend the ribs and the Cuban sandwich.
I love having breakfast here! Their muffins and the cake they serve with coffee are delicious, and the women who run the cafe are lovely. I'm not celiac, but everything they make gluten-free is delicious and homemade!
Good food made with love.
I'm not into burgers so it was great that they have this 'burger al plato' option—burger without the bread. With my take away burger (the authentic one), I opted for gluten-free option which cost me an additional 1€.
burger:
dine in - €10.90
takeaway - €8.90 (for normal bread, I think there's no extra charge)
I'd say it was an enjoyable lunch because the food was delicious—and the fact that I was feeding my system something healthy and nutritious. I'm definitely coming back!
A restaurant with over 30 years of experience in the city, specializing in pizzas (classic and specialty), pastas, salads, meats, and burgers, with gluten-free options.
This informal space is ideal for meals with family or friends. The service is generally friendly and efficient. The menu is extensive, with Argentine and Italian dishes—empanadillas, focaccias, and pizzas are especially noteworthy.
Moderate prices, comfortable surroundings. Ideal for groups or casual meals. It may be repetitive for those seeking more specialized cuisine.
Highly recommended, safe gluten-free options without contamination and with variety without losing flavor and quality. Fresh and delicious pasta. Very good service, definitely a repeat visit.
Excellent service! And above all, they treated us so well and prepared something delicious for us even though they were already closing, and they put their best effort into it. Very delicious, gluten-free option, and plenty of it! I haven't had a hamburger in a long time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks to the waiter, who was very, very nice!
Excellent service and delicious food!!!
One of the best gluten-free breads I've ever tried.
The only thing I could comment on is that the place is a little small, but it's still super cozy. 😁
Wonderful attention and letter.
They have options for celiacs and they take care of every detail to make the experience fantastic... and they achieve it!
An essential place to include in your gastronomic route.
A recommendable place, whether or not you are celiac.
The food was very good, especially the dessert, which was delicious.
And the unbeatable attention, very friendly.
Good food, cozy place if you are gluten-free you can eat almost the entire menu, except for a few things. They know about cross contamination and the price is right.
Well, I'm from Vigo and yesterday I went to dinner with two friends from Pontevedra and they made a reservation at this place to have dinner and then go out.
The truth is that it is a very positive point for me to have gluten-free options and gluten-free bread. I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and I am having a hard time finding good, gluten-free food.
We ordered a bottle of godello for the 3 of us, an omelet, gluten-free breaded chicken with honey mustard sauce and raxo, which came with vegetables.
Everything was super delicious, especially I loved the raxo with the vegetables.
Then we ordered 3 desserts. I was going with the idea of the walnut muffin with dulce de leche, but since they make them homemade that day it had gluten. So, they recommended me the Carrot cake, there are many that I can't have because they come with them and that one didn't come with it and it was very good.
We also had two shots of coffee liqueur and another of pomace cream, which were delicious.
We paid €25 per head, but we left full and drank a lot.
The waiters were lovely, super attentive and served us super fast.
Surely, when I return to Ponte, I will repeat given the good experience.
Despite there being a lot of people, it is a quiet place, where you can chat while you eat dinner and the decoration is cool.
Highly recommended. They gave us gluten-free options without a problem and they understand a lot about celiac issues. At the time they adapted some dishes that we had ordered. It is a little expensive but for the experience and the food it is well worth it! We will definitely return.
This place offers exceptional service, with friendly staff always willing to satisfy customers. Their breakfast menu is delicious and varied, designed for all tastes. You can enjoy traditional options, as well as vegan and gluten-free alternatives, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It is the perfect place to start the day with a delicious meal adapted to any type of food preference.
I love Dükela! I've been there many times and honestly, I never tire of it. The place is beautiful, the service is great, and if we're talking about the food... spectacular. I'm obsessed with the falafel, the chicken bastelas, and the kefta tagine, but honestly, any option is a good one. They give you a hummus skewer and spicy olives that you can accompany with the bread they make. They have lovely touches like giving the dogs water and treats. A must-have after lunch is a Moroccan tea paired with some homemade pastries that are... amazing. It's truly a place worth trying, as they also have vegan and gluten-free options. I just went, and I'm already thinking I want to go back! 🌟
Very good, the staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions, gluten-free options and spectacular food, they have things from outside the menu, it is recommended to ask about them.
The food is good and the menu varied. Although they do not have allergens marked, they understand what celiac disease is and can prepare something like grilled chicken fillet and gluten-free boiled potatoes with the necessary care. The staff is very friendly and diligent. Reasonable prices.
