My partner being vegetarian, it was difficult to find somewhere to eat in Sarlat in the Dordogne, a mecca of French gastronomy, but that was without counting on La Chèvre et le Chou. 3 starters (vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan) 3 main courses (vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan) 3 desserts (vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan) Each dish is prepared with finesse and precision. A delight for the taste buds, proving that even without fish or meat, it is possible to truly enjoy eating vegetarian dishes. In addition to the culinary experience, La Chèvre et le Chou is located not far from the main square, but the interior courtyard isolates you from the noise, allowing you to spend a pleasant time.

A very nice, small and delicious vegetarian restaurant. They offer weekly specials (vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan). Very friendly service. A pleasant change from the rather rich Périgord cuisine, especially in 38-degree heat.
