Hi! Today I visited La Casa de Los Pinchitos in the Lobos area (Zamora), and I was pleasantly surprised because I'm celiac. They have almost all kinds of tapas, made with rice flour, grilled skewers, larger portions, broken eggs... and much more. They even keep the bread separate to prevent cross-contamination. I'll definitely be back. Everything was delicious! 馃構
