While this restaraunt is situated in the middle of the desert, there was a wait to be seated the entire time we were there. We had made reservations for 2:30, but arrived much earlier. The host got us in fairly quickly, but when we were sat, we were questioned 3 times by numerous people whether we should have actually been sat. It was several minutes before any wait staff approached us, but once they did, things started rolling along. They really tried to accommodate my wifes' allergies, but the kitchen lead had to finally step in to ensure that she didn't have an accidental exposure. (Watching this woman coordinate, and lead the kitchen was really impressive.) Our food was good and I liked my sandwich, but the modifications to my wifes' salad left it a little underwhelming. I think there should be more gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options on the menu. It was an experience though and we still enjoyed this oasis in the desert. If we weren't so limited in our options on the menu, I am sure we would have enjoyed it even more.
