La Locanda dei Golosi

My boyfriend and I, together with our dog, spent the day of 06/30 and stayed the night at the Locanda dei Golosi. We arrived around 1 pm and after settling into our apartment (diplomatic, each apartment has the name of a dessert in fact) we went to the restaurant. Really excellent typical products, cold cuts, cheeses and to make sure we didn't miss anything, egg with truffle (as in the photo) all accompanied by a good Umbrian wine. In the afternoon we went to the pool where we were also able to bring our dog (on the lawn obviously) and for us this was also a plus in addition to the silence and relaxation.. what we were looking for! Very well-prepared breakfast and also attentive to celiacs/lactose intolerants! In addition to offering typical Umbrian savory products there is a vast assortment of sweets and fruit. Excellent discovery and we will definitely return to stay more days; in fact the inn is in an excellent location (Assisi 20 minutes away for example) For us Excellent!

Very nice hotel and restaurant, very kind and attentive staff. If you want to relax, very quiet, in full nature! Emiliano also advised us on what to visit and in which cellar to buy some excellent local wine! Possibility of gluten-free breakfast and dinner

Exquisite staff, clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows, well-kept location, favorable position a few kilometers from Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio. Commendable attention to gluten free. We stayed for two nights and felt at home.
