This was one of my favorite meals in Telluride. I have dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) and I was so impressed that Maggie, the Executive Sous Chef came to the table to discuss each course with me. I had the foix gras - which I never thought I would try in a million years and it was delicious! All the flavors blended together and it was incredible! The wagyu steak was to die for - one of the best steaks of my life. And Maggie took a simple sorbet for dessert and dressed it up with fruit and honey to make it really something special since I couldn't eat the other desserts. Our waitress, Kaylie, was top notch, friendly, had great suggestions and only stopped by our table if we weren't talking or eating. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant - it's a must if you are in Telluride, especially if you are looking for quiet romance!
