It's just another suggestion, which would perhaps help the marketing team a lot with planning for the month. The restaurant is great, but it is not inclusive for those who have problems with gluten and lactose. Honestly, gluten-free pasta is bad. Honestly, nowadays what's hot is health and well-being, everyone I know is aware that they have X, Y and Z problems. When someone who is intolerant to something finds a good restaurant that has food for them, they practically Just go to that restaurant and spend whatever you want on it, because a good restaurant for celiacs, especially Italian, is a rare find. They are losing a lot of sales by not including specific dishes for this type of "problem". Adjusting to the times is the future, it's no wonder that Casas Bahia changed its character.
