And they tell you that even though they are gluten-free, they will have cross contamination. I believe that allergens should be prohibited from putting something on the menu that cannot be guaranteed one hundred percent.

Place to repeat. We couldn't find anything for dinner and it was a success. The treatment and attention were incredible and they were at their best. We ordered pizza and it was delicious and loaded with ingredients. An important fact is that they have a gluten-free base option for the pizzas, opting for the same menu as normal pizzas (great variety), they even bother to explain to you that they are cooked in the same oven and that they may come into contact with used utensils. for the other pizzas, for your safety. Maybe for a celiac it is not suitable but for me who has intolerance they gave me life. Also, one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had. Without a doubt if we return to Bakio it will be a pleasure to return.
