Tried this place for the first time today, and I wasn't overwhelmed to be honest. I love that the whole menu is GF, and it's a big menu, so for once I had difficulty deciding what to get😂 I ordered the galette with Iberico han and cheese ++, and it was good, nothing special, but quite ok. I also ordered the patatas bravas, as that's ALWAYS a must for me when I'm in Spain, but these were not worth it.. The sauce was not brava salsa, more like a buttery/creamy glaze that didn't taste much, I was honestly disappointed. Also they didn't have Tinto de verano or sangria, but the wine was good 😂😎 it's a great place for us GF people, the options are MANY, but the culinary experience wasn't the greatest, quality could be better..
Hello! Looking for something sweet after a meal, they recommended this place... and the truth is, THEY COULDN'T BE MORE RIGHT!!!!! They have an IMPRESSIVE variety of cakes (and they have options for celiacs!) SO I COULDN'T RESIST A MOVIE-LIKE LEMON PIE!!! On the other hand, we were served by a girl, Monica, who was super nice from the first moment! You know, if you want good service and a variety of sweets, THIS IS THE PLACE!

We stopped by for breakfast. The gluten-free pastries are delicious. I wish there were more establishments like these for celiacs. We'll definitely stop by whenever we can to try more of their products.
Spectacular place, excellent service and very good, good quality food, very rich and affordable menu. The service has been very attentive, very close and very fast. Great proposal if you are celiac, many options and very tasty too. We went with the dog and without problems. In short, a practically obligatory stop if you go to Vitoria. If we come back here we will not hesitate to stop by!!
We couldn't give a lower rating!
Restaurant located in a very good area, with a quiet and cozy atmosphere, fast and friendly table service. Menu with many options, dishes prepared as a customization option. Vegetarian and vegan offering, as well as gluten-free.
Large quantities of food with reasonable prices, one of the few that remain.
Highly recommended.

Without words, I loved it. The most important thing is that there are varied gluten-free options with a lot of care and affection from the very attentive girls. Cafeteria, fringe, pastry shop, warm and welcoming atmosphere. Mandatory stop for breakfast in Bilbao.
We will return!
Great coffee shop. It's been a while since I've been to a cafe of this quality. The service is impeccable, the coffee is excellent, and the pastries are delicious with that little something extra. A wonderful experience.
Our order:
1 iced coffee, very good
1 iced chocolate, which seems to be made with real, high-quality chocolate.
1 carrot cake + 1 banana bread, both served with whipped cream enhanced with zest and fleur de sel
And even 1 gluten-free cookie.
We didn't try the savory one, which is very appetizing 😀
A good place to eat and enjoy good cuisine. Additionally, the staff is very nice. They have total control over celiac disease, having completely gluten-free dishes

We spent 4.5 days in Basque Country - Bilbao, San Sebastián and Hondarribia. We went to a lovely asador, went on an expensive food tour, had fantastic fresh seafood by the aquarium, and this place was our FAVORITE!!! Chef Adur, is so friendly and absolutely passionate about both global and Basque cuisine. He has a great staff (both efficient and kind). The location is lovely. And then FOOD!!!!! Fabulous! The best of the local cuisine and a TRULY GLOBAL perspective. I recommend this to anyone visiting the region as a must-do.
GREAT gluten free options too!!!
We were staying in Bilbao, and since we didn't want to go into the Plaza Nueva, we wanted to try the famous pintxos.
I have to say that my wife is celiac, and we always go to places that offer this option for sure.
A very pleasant surprise in her case. They only had 4-5 pintxos, but they were very good.
In my case, since I'm not celiac, I was able to try several, giving them a 100 because a 10 falls short of the crab and the peanut-coated Leon blood sausage. Spectacular, I'm eager to try them all!!! We'll definitely be back.
I recommend it without a doubt.
Everything has been incredible! The food is spectacular, prepared and of supreme quality, the attention has been 10, from the bar waiters to Maria who served us, who has been wonderful. We will return without a doubt, we have been a group of 8 and it has been an experience to repeat, thank you for everything. Also, I am celiac and they have a specialized menu and they explain everything wonderfully 👏🏼
Can you put a hundred stars? We entered the restaurant while we were walking. We have ordered two white wines. The place attracts attention when you pass through its door because of a good image, a display case full of good wines and a terrace that is perfect for its size and location. What was our surprise when we asked what products we could order gluten-free, my wife has celiac disease, and the immediate response was that they make all their skewers with gluten-free bread. Exquisite treatment with a menu full of splendid products. 100% recommended.
Saturday, 3:27 PM...I guess the kitchen is about to close. I rush in after a trip, looking for somewhere to eat something gluten-free. Hello, maybe a gluten-free calamari sandwich? Check the time, ask the kitchen. Half or whole, just ask. The best gluten-free calamari sandwich I've had in a long time. Those of you with celiac disease understand.
Thanks to the Bizargorri Taberna team for their kindness and service. We enjoyed sandwiches and a spectacular gluten-free beer on the terrace.
We stopped here for breakfast after getting off the ferry and went back on our return to Bilbao for lunch before getting back on the ferry. On both occasions, it was excellent. The freshest of food, quality ingredients, good, friendly, professional service and good value. Very good knowledge of gluten free options. The mushroom risotto was superb and the Chicken Caesar wrap also went down well. Pastries were 100% fresh. Highly recommend.
I approached the place because there were good ratings in reference to eating gluten-free, there were options on the menu and on the menu, the waiter's attention was terrible, no, next thing, he didn't even bother to ask the kitchen if they could Offer me something, does it cost a lot of work? It seems that it does.

The staff was very helpful in telling us everything we could eat gluten-free; there's a wide variety of dishes. The food was delicious, and the views of Bilbao from the terrace are fantastic. A great place to eat with family and friends.
We liked it a lot and we went to eat 21. The perfect service. An attentive, professional and close waiter who attended us with kindness at all times. The food is very good and well presented. They have gluten-free bread and between the starters and mains you have options for celiacs and lactose-free. They didn't take long to serve and there were many of us with quite a variety of starters and main dishes and there were no problems, it was the 22nd-12th and the dining room was packed. The service of ten. Congratulations. They gave us a high chair for a little girl and her seat for another little boy as one more, so we all ate in comfort and space. Without a doubt to repeat and recommend. Congratulations to the entire restaurant team. I wish you happy holidays
When you have a menu of the day for €20, charging €1.80 for celiac bread, which is also a hamburger bun, seems a bit silly to me. It has never happened to us, only once for a €4 sandwich.
The place is good. The food is nothing out of this world, but we didn't like the detail of the bread.
I'll definitely go back. I really liked the restaurant. I've been there twice: once with some friends and once with my parents, and both times the experience was good.
I'm celiac, and they explained what I could and couldn't eat, which I really appreciated; I didn't have any problems.
It's nice to find places like this, where you can eat with peace of mind!
The truth is that it is a very nice place and what we ate was good but I have to say that it is not gluten-free. There must be some contamination with spices or something similar or in the kitchen but I became poisoned after eating there. If you are not celiac, it seems like a good place to me.
Friendly and attentive service, the place is very well located next to Unamuno, I liked the decoration...and what can I say about the burgers and sandwiches...incredible...the incredible rustic bread, the delicious sandwiches and most importantly, gluten free options.

Good gluten free options. There were a lot of people and yet the waiter ordered that they will prepare the skewers in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination and they have gluten-free bread.
If you are looking for a place to have breakfast that is gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan... La Creme is very well located. Very nice place for breakfast and everything we had was delicious. A great find!
They are very aware of celiac disease even though they do not advertise it. Many starters, some dishes are GLUTEN-FREE and the burgers can be adapted by adding gluten-free bread.
The waitress was super nice and pleasant, thank you very much 🥰
I am celiac and vegan, many times they have prepared a vegan and gluten-free burger option for me, but today the manager wakes up telling me that it is not possible... having all the products in the kitchen and the other employees agreed to make it for me until the manager arrived and forbade them. So I came from Elgoibar to eat a sad portion of potatoes. What a shame! What can I say, for me it was the worst experience because of the person in charge on duty, she left me without eating….
Twice I come to eat, each time I can find the gluten-free option on several burger choices. It's really nice to be able to eat fast food quickly without wondering if I'll be able to or not.
Quite noisy and not always very clean, perhaps a lack of staff given the number of customers it sees every day. Very well located because in the shopping center parking lot, it is practical when at 3 p.m. you are hungry!! Maybe the gluten-free option could expand with nuggets for example.
The truth is, the pizza base has a lot to be desired. Then they offer gluten-free pizza on the menu. And on top of that, you wonder if you have a lot or a little celiac disease. And they tell you that even though they are gluten-free, they will have cross contamination. I believe that allergens should be prohibited from putting something on the menu that cannot be guaranteed one hundred percent.

Excellent place, it was very full, but they still gave us breakfast right away, it seems that they are organized very well, they have several breakfast menus at a good price and quantity. It seems that they have a variety of gluten- and lactose-free cakes and sweets. 100% recommended
So-so. Some items we ordered did not arrive and I had to have them removed from the bill.
We were very clear about needing certain items to be gluten-free and they arrived attached to pieces of bread. Getting this wrong is really dangerous for your celiac customers. If you can't serve gluten free food safely, that's fine. But staff need to be trained to communicate this.
