We spent 4.5 days in Basque Country - Bilbao, San Sebastián and Hondarribia. We went to a lovely asador, went on an expensive food tour, had fantastic fresh seafood by the aquarium, and this place was our FAVORITE!!! Chef Adur, is so friendly and absolutely passionate about both global and Basque cuisine. He has a great staff (both efficient and kind). The location is lovely. And then FOOD!!!!! Fabulous! The best of the local cuisine and a TRULY GLOBAL perspective. I recommend this to anyone visiting the region as a must-do. GREAT gluten free options too!!!

I am celiac and they have allergens listed in their menu. But they have cross contamination, however Nacho, who is the one who served us, was very interested in me having a good dinner, he offered me many gluten-free options and I had a phenomenal dinner. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
